# RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Big Boss Kidz Apparel, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. As a small business, every item is prepared and processed specifically for our customers. For this reason, we maintain the following policy:
## ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All purchases are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully processed.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
## Size & Product Verification
Customers are solely responsible for selecting the correct:
- Size
- Color
- Style
- Quantity
- Shipping address
- Billing information
Please carefully review your order before completing checkout. We strongly recommend checking all measurements and sizing information prior to purchasing.
Big Boss Kidz Apparel is not responsible for orders placed with incorrect sizing, colors, styles, quantities, or shipping information provided by the customer.
## Order Cancellations
Once an order has been submitted, it immediately enters our processing system. Therefore, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed after checkout.
## Refunds
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Incorrect size selections
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Failure to read the product description
- Accidental purchases
- Shipping delays caused by the carrier
- Refused or undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
## Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged upon arrival, or you received the wrong product due to our error, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To submit a claim, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs of the item
- Photographs of the original packaging
- A description of the issue
If your claim is approved after review, we will determine, at our sole discretion, whether to provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
## Shipping
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Big Boss Kidz Apparel is not responsible for:
- Carrier delays
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Weather-related delays
- Delivery issues after the package has been marked as delivered
Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
## Fraud Prevention
Big Boss Kidz Apparel reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order suspected of fraud, unauthorized activity, chargeback abuse, or misuse of promotions.
## Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback after agreeing to this policy without a valid legal basis may result in the suspension of future purchasing privileges. Big Boss Kidz Apparel reserves all rights to dispute fraudulent or improper chargebacks using order records, payment verification, shipping confirmations, and customer communications.
## Policy Acceptance
By placing an order with Big Boss Kidz Apparel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Return, Refund & Exchange Policy, as well as all other posted store policies.
